Mary had a remarkable career in corporate business where she managed teams of people and worked as part of a HR division of a large Irish Bank.
Today Mary works as a registered Business and Personal Coach and focuses on Business Consulting and Business Coaching. Mary leads our team of professionals in helping you reach your business goals.

Ian is registered as a Business and Personal Coach and focuses on business improvement. Ian has helped several businesses and individuals reach their goals. Ian has over fifteen years consulting experience in South Africa and Ireland. Ian was a senior manager of the largest assurance company in South Africa before settling in Ireland six years ago.

Brian Fahy FIHI

Brian Fahy founded Action Recruitment in 1975. He is an ex hotel manager specialising in the recruitment of senior and middle management staff for the hospitality industry. Thirty years on, he remains a key player in the industry. His success is based on constantly adapting to the ever changing methodology of contemporary recruitment techniques. He maintains that the fundamental key to recruitment and business in general is empathy combined with the ability to identify the benefits for all parties.

Helen Fahy IITD; MIHI

Helen is our training and development specialist and has helped several businesses improve performance through training and developing key staff members. Helen comes from several years' corporate HR experience in the hospitality industry.
